From a vibrant personality masking deep insecurities to a confident, purpose-driven woman, my story is one of transformation. I once believed the crushing lies that I was fat, dumb, ugly, and worthless. Despite these painful self-perceptions that controlled my life, I pushed forward and built a successful bridal business that won multiple international awards. For over 20 years, I thrived in the bridal industry as a professional seamstress, wedding gown designer, and dressmaker. This contrast - between my internal battles and external success - showed me that we often achieve despite our self-doubt, but we can soar when we break free from it. Through my relationship with God and dedicated personal growth, I discovered not only who I am but the power we all possess to create meaningful change. This journey taught me a fundamental truth: success isn't determined by circumstances, but by our mindset.

  Today, I channel my passion for transformation as an international MindShift Coach, guiding others to recognize their innate worth and embrace their divine calling. As co-founder of Bey & Bess, I facilitate group therapy sessions for women, creating spaces where healing and growth flourish. My MindShift Power Podcast, now reaching an international audience, serves as a platform to share insights and inspire change. In 2022, I was honored to be recognized as Albany's Best Life Coach, affirming the impact of this work.  

Je crois qu’aucun d’entre nous n’est né simplement pour travailler et payer des factures. Nous avons chacun un objectif unique, et ma passion est d’aider les autres à découvrir et à monétiser le leur. Grâce au coaching mental, j’aide les gens à identifier les croyances limitantes et à les remplacer par des croyances stimulantes qui correspondent à leur objectif divin. Je continue à soutenir les orphelins par des dons caritatifs, convaincue que notre succès devrait toujours aider les autres.

My mission extends far beyond individual transformation – I burn with passion to shape a world where teenagers, especially young women, never have to believe the lies I once believed about myself. Every time I see a teen girl shrink herself to fit others' expectations, it fuels my drive to reach more young hearts and minds. Through my international podcast, I create conversations that speak directly to their struggles, their dreams, and their infinite potential.
